Lynn Ann Duffley

Ms. Lynn Ann Duffley has worked in the area of disease prevention and health promotion since her graduation from St. Francis Xavier University in 1981. She has been employed with the Canadian Cancer Society, New Brunswick Division, since 1993, at which time she became more actively involved in public policy issues. As the Director of Public Issues and Communications, Ms. Duffley's primary focus is advocating for healthy public policy while creating public awareness of cancer control issues. She has a special interest in cancer prevention, especially in the area of tobacco control. She also assists with the promotion of the Canadian Cancer Society programs, services and messages through print, audio, and visual media. Ms. Duffley has recently been appointed by the New Brunswick Minister of Education to sit as a District Education Council representative on the Provincial Curriculum and Advisory Committee.
