Organization Centre of Excellence for Youth Engagement (CEYE) = Centre d'excellence pour l'engagement des jeunes (CEEJ)
Focuses on involving youth so they can benefit from the positive health outcomes associated with becoming more engaged in society. The CEYE aims to engage youth on issues that affect them, such as democracy and citizenship, relationships and risky behaviours. The CEYE is based at The Students Commission of Canada.
Organization Education - Bringing Youth Tobacco Truths (E-BUTT)
E-BUTT (Education – Bringing Youth Tobacco Truths) is a national organization based at the University of Toronto. Their activities include denormalizing the tobacco industry by educating youth about harmful industry practices and successfully lobbying the University of Toronto to divest their tobacco related stocks.
Organization Hamilton Crew for Action Against Tobacco (HCAAT)
The mission of the Hamilton Crew for Action Against Tobacco (HCAAT) is to educate youth about the manipulative tactics of the tobacco industry. Their website contains information about how students can get involved in tobacco industry denormalization activities in their high school. Includes links to other youth movements in Canada and the United States.

Purpose of this project is to increase knowledge about the dangers of secondhand smoke among young people between 12 and 18 years of age through a short play put on in schools, youth centres and recreation centres in the province of Quebec.
Website Say it loud!
Say it loud! is a campaign that enables young Montrealers, aged 14 to 17, to assert themselves and speak out against tobacco industry marketing that targets them specifically. It has two main components: a Forum to prepare to act; and social actions to speak out and demand change. This campaign is an initiative of the Direction de santé publique de l’Agence de la santé et des services sociaux de Montréal (DSP) and the Québec Council on Tobacco and Health.
Organization Search Institute (Minneapolis, Minn.)
Search Institute was founded in 1958 by Merton P. Strommen. The institute originally focused on research regarding youth in religious settings; this mission has evolved to a broad focus on the healthy development of all children and youth in community and society. The institute provides leadership, knowledge and resources to promote the well-being of children and youth.

Their main goal is to alert everyone to the lies and hidden practices of the cigarette companies, while giving people the tools to have a voice in changing that.
Organization Tiny Giant / The Students Commission
The Students Commission (SC) is a diverse, global-minded organization that is managed by youth for youth, in collaboration with adults from across Canada. This organization aims to develop occasions for engagement and growth through innovative and educational means and products. Services offered by this organization include conferences, workshops, training, and counselling.
Organization Youth Advocacy Training Institute (YATI)
Established in 2005, the Youth Advocacy Training Institute (YATI) provides youth-focused training and technical support to Ontario's smoking prevention program. In 2009, YATI will be exploring how advocacy and leadership training programs for youth can be adapted to other areas of chronic disease prevention.
Organization Youth Leadership Institute (YLI)
The mission of the Youth Leadership Institute (YLI) is to build communities where youth and adults join together to develop positive social change. This organization creates and executes community-based programs that offer youth leadership skills in prevention, philanthropy, policy and civil engagement.
Organization Youth Voices
Youth Voices, formerly the TeenNet Research Project, was founded by Dr. Harvey Skinner in 1995. Youth Voices was initiated to generate new knowledge and develop practical tools for engaging young adults and youth in health promotion using interactive technology and media arts.
