A series of folders to hold the incoming 20K of documents in relatively "bite-sized" chunks.

Lotus Notes Records

Records initially from the Lotus Notes database (RIP 2004); they were all catalogued as articles, but may not be. For Health Canada purposes, we deal with records in this folder by 1) deleting them or 2) cleaning them (i.e. scraping the useful information, deleting the record, and creating a new record in the TCRC folder of the appropriate type).

Physical Collection

Items in the stacks that need their records cleaned; these records were transferred from the original Lotus database to Plone. WHAT TO DO: Scrape the info from the record in this folder and paste in Word. Delete the record in this folder. Create a new record in the appropriate TCRC folder, using the info from Word. That counts as a cleaned record.
